  • Collection of all customer data with a data submission checklist.

  • Interaction with customers through a project tracking program rather than by e-mail to manage and track changes / updates / client approvals, and to understand the history of the project at any stage or at the end thereof.

  • Approval of customers at every critical step, as in the capture schematics, create congestion, the definition of mechanical processes, positioning, etc.

  • Managing and updating different CQ checklists for each step.

  • minimal involvement of third parties, using the same resources for the duration of the project.
